In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "czzz," "we," "us," or "our" refers to czzz Casino and the platform operated at czzz.org, including all its games, services, and features.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the czzz platform in any capacity.

czzz reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by czzz may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

To access real-money gaming on czzz, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the czzz platform. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, czzz may require you to submit the following documentation before processing withdrawals or as part of routine account verification:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License, Voter's ID).

czzz processes KYC submissions within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts where KYC has not been satisfactorily completed.

You must notify czzz immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. czzz will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

czzz monitors accounts for unusual activity, including logins from unfamiliar locations, rapid changes to account details, and abnormal betting patterns. In the event that suspicious activity is detected, czzz may temporarily suspend your account and contact you via your registered email or mobile number to verify your identity.

czzz accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change at czzz's discretion.

All funds deposited into your czzz account must originate from a payment source owned and registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting funds deposited by a third party, is strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit and may be adjusted for VIP players or during promotional periods.

czzz does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, over which czzz has no control. GCash and Maya deposits are typically reflected in your czzz account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 15 minutes during business hours.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, or verified during the KYC process. czzz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus balances must be fulfilled before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• No pending security review or fraud investigation is active on your account.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method.

czzz targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals from KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. czzz reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high volume or when additional security checks are required.

czzz does not charge withdrawal fees for standard Philippine payment methods. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) may incur network fees which will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

czzz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.

General bonus terms applicable to all czzz promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who are of legal gambling age (21+) and have completed the minimum required account verification.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one (1) per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Default wagering requirements are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unused bonus funds or uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any czzz game or platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful means.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under Philippine law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward czzz staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account restriction in place on your account.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

czzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gaming activity. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits through their account settings.

Players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming may apply a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days. Players who require a longer break may request self-exclusion, which will suspend their account for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Any decision made by czzz in good faith to suspend, restrict, or close your account in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit czzz's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The czzz platform and all its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law.

czzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon publication on the czzz platform. Where practicable, czzz will provide advance notice of material changes via registered email.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the czzz platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.
